With corporate headquarters in Kern County, GEFS provides clients in all counties of Southern California with various levels of security officer protection. GEFS is commanded and operated by personnel with over 40 combined years of experience in business management and government & private security operations from Guyana to New York, New Jersey and Southern California. Our operations manager is a former member of the Maritime Corps of the Guyana Defense Force and a former liaison officer in the Foreign Relations Department of the Government of Guyana.

George P.A. Dover (aka Jah G ), leads this cutting-edge security outfit with tested and proven expertise. He served as a liaison officer in the International Relations Department of The People’s National Congress of Guyana, and as a lecturer in the Guyana Defense Force (GDF) during the 1980s. Starting in the early 1990s, he has risen through the ranks of the private security industry from New York to New Jersey and California with steadfast dedication to the service of clients and integrity in his duties as a protector of persons and properties. His solid education and leadership record have been recognized in the many degrees and awards conferred upon him.
IN NEW YORK CITY, moonlighting as a private patrol officer while attending college, George P. A. Dover executed security details for properties and events such as: • Apartment complexes & factories • Cemeteries • Concerts • Public Demonstrations
In New Jersey, moonlighting as an SO for K9 Security Services from 1997 to 2000, while teaching during the day at UCEDA Institute in Newark, George P. A. Dover worked the graveyard shift at construction sites.
AFTER MOVING TO CALIFORNIA and successfully completing “Security Guard Training” at Los Angeles Mission College, and a “Loss Prevention Course” from Total Security Network in 2003, George P. A. Dover obtained his private security officer license. He was subsequently hired by Strike Force Security Services, for which he would serve as an SO and Site commander, alternately, providing security details for: • TGI Friday’s Restaurants • Northridge Hospital • Movie sets • Festivals • Parades • Property watch in Santa Monica and Beverley Hills • Gated Communities in North Hollywood. When Strike Force Security folded, he signed up with Coastal Events Services ( CES ) as an on-call SO and event supervisor, providing security for: The HollyRod Foundation Fundraising Events • The Hollywood Walk of Style in Beverley Hills • Fiesta Lakers at The LA Convention Center • Snoop Dog at his Thanksgiving Community Events • Jennifer Lopez and Xibit at Club Visa • B2K Concert at Inglewood’s High School • Power 106 FM Radio Station • The Clock Show at Pasadena Convention Center • Grand Opening of The Cartier in Beverley Hills • Riot Studios in Santa Monica • Movie World Premieres • Jazz Festival at Doheny State Beach • Huntington Memorial Hospital • The Elk Lodge • Knights of Columbus Lodge • Kingsley CD Launch in Beverley Hills • Louis Vuiton Fundraising Event for Breast Cancer Research in Bel Air. As a second job, Dover joined Pacific Protection and Investigative Services as the graveyard dispatcher.
DUE TO RELOCATION, Dover left Pacific Protection and joined Picore & Associates as a part-time SO, and Boyd & Associates as a graveyard field supervisor. With Picore & Associates, he provided security in the areas of access control, workplace safety, and property watch With Boyd & Associates, he supervised 16 locations, from Toluca Lake to The Oaks of Calabasas to Rolling Hills Estates every night of his five-day tour of duty.
Hua Chien Hsu Dover, co-founder, brings a plethora of management, organizational, and training skills to Global Elite Force Security, having worked as a manager of McDonald’s restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan for 12 years, and being a second-degree martial arts expert. Mrs. Hsu Dover manages all of GEFS’s financial operations, and trains our elite special force for executive protection.
